When I went, it seemed like a lot of Vietnamese had appear for the Saigon Zoo and Botanical Gardens just to hang out, loosen up and socialize with close friends. It looked like quite a few invested the working day on the zoo, to use it much more just like a peaceful backyard garden park, like an escape within the noisy motorcycle streets of Saigon
